Privacy Policy
Last updated: Sep 25, 2025
That AI Game respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
What we collect and why
- Anonymous identifiers: We generate an app-specific anonymous ID (or use Firebase’s app instance ID) to operate the game and save your level progress.
- Gameplay activity: Level completions, hint usage, and similar in-app events to provide core game functionality and improve the experience.
- Diagnostics: Anonymous crash and performance data to help us fix bugs and improve stability.
- Advertising identifiers: On iOS and Android, we use platform-provided identifiers (IDFA, AAID/Advertising ID) to serve and measure personalized ads.
- Ad-related data: Device and network information (IP address, OS version, device model, user-agent), approximate location (inferred from IP), and interactions with ads (impressions, clicks) for personalization, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and performance measurement.
How we collect it
We use Firebase (Google) to provide analytics and backend services. Firebase acts as our data processor.
We use Google AdMob, Unity Ads, and Meta Audience Network to serve ads. These networks may collect and process data described above.
We do not collect names, emails, or other direct contact information.
How we use data
- To run the app (store progress, deliver levels).
- To understand anonymized usage patterns and improve the game.
- To display ads, including personalized ads, tailored to your interests.
- To measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and comply with platform requirements.
We do not sell your data. We only share it with trusted third-party providers (e.g., Firebase, Google, Unity, Meta) who process data on our behalf to deliver app functionality and ads.
Data retention
Gameplay, analytics, and ad data are retained for as long as necessary to provide app functionality, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services.

What data is processed (by us and/or ad networks)
- Device & network info: IP address, OS/app version, device model, user-agent.
- Ad interactions: ad requests, responses, impressions, clicks.
- Approximate location: inferred from IP for ad targeting, compliance, and fraud prevention.
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID) for personalization and ad frequency control.
Purposes
- Deliver and personalize ads.
- Limit ad frequency and measure effectiveness.
- Detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
- Compile aggregate reporting.

Your choices
You control whether ads are personalized:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking / Apple Advertising.
- Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization or reset Advertising ID.
